Generate an updated hash library for HTML summary

When generating a HTML summary, it would be good if the existing hash library could be copied to the result directory and updated with the new result hashes. Also provide a download link for this file in the HTML summaries. This would make updating baseline hashes in a git repo easier when the image tests are only run on a remote CI platform.
