Text Swatch is set to "value" when attribute option is updated through REST API

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.4-p3
• Multiple Store views exist
• Product Attribute option exist with "Catalog Input Type for Store Owner" set to "Text Swatch"

Steps to reproduce

1. Attribute options are filled with Swatch Text and Label for each store view
2. REST request is made to /rest/all/V1/products/attributes/[attribute_code]/options/[option_id] with labels set for each store id

Expected result

Swatch Text is set to same value as label or not modified

Actual result

Swatch text is set to "value" provided in REST API

• Set up new attribute with Text Swatches (See screenshot below)

Verified the issue on Magento 2.4-develop instance and the issue is reproducible.Kindly refer the screenshots.

Steps to reproduce

• Attribute options are filled with Swatch Text and Label for each store view
• REST request is made to /rest/all/V1/products/attributes/[attribute_code]/options/[option_id] with labels set for each store id.
  We have created Text attribute with labels for all the store views.

When we are updating attribute labels through REST API the value is getting removed.

Hence Confirming this issue.
