Installation Error on STEP 1

Hi ,

I just downloaded the latest commit , extracted and on frst step of installation got the following error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function getInstallDate() on a non-object in /home/magehous/domains/demo.magehouse.com/public_html/2/app/code/core/Mage/Core/Model/App.php on line 441

Solved the issue ..

It was the issue with the file permission for config.xml due to which its object was not being created
