Purpose of this pull request

This pull request (PR) fixes broken links to the glossary in the first three topics listed under "Component Development" in the left nav of the PHP Developer Guide. These topics were written in almost 100% HTML, instead of markdown. To fix the broken links, I stripped out all HTML, except for any tables. I also fixed bad highlighting, most notably some directory paths were in bold, rather than monospace.

Affected DevDocs pages

The 2.3 versions of these files are all symlinks.
