[Bug]: TextArea component can't be resized when "Show Clear button" option is enabled

Current Behavior

A User on Discord has reported this bug, and it is reproducing. This is how you can reproduce on your end :

1. Add a TextArea component on the Editor.
2. Resize it, you would be able to do it.
3. Now, enable "Show Clear button" option from the right side menu.
4. Try resizing the TextArea component, now. You won't be able to do it.

I have replicated this issue on Cloud.

Expected Behavior

TextArea component should be resizable in any situation/scenario.

Steps to reproduce

This is how you can reproduce on your end :

1. Add a TextArea component on the Editor.
2. Resize it, you would be able to do it.
3. Now, enable "Show Clear button" option from the right side menu.
4. Try resizing the TextArea component, now. You won't be able to do it.
