[Feat]: Allow extension of the Event Handler window horizontally, and remember the size choice

A User has requested on Discord to have the flexibility to

• Extend the size of the Event Handler window, horizontally. and
• If possible, remember the size choice atleast for the current session such that when a new Event Handler window is opened, Lowcoder remembers the size and default it to that size.

As we have this ability to extend the code editor at many places already, so this would be easy to do.
