[Feat]: Add doubleclick eventhandler to table

We would like to have the option to trigger seperate events when handling the table component.

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently there is the option to choose the event of clicking a row as a trigger. Analogues to that, we would like a new event that is triggered by double clicking a row. This would help to differentiate between these to table actions.
