[Bug]: Not able to switch cameras on desktop (File Upload and Scanner Component)

Current Behavior

When I click on the "Switch Camera" Button, it show all my attached cameras, but clicking on one of them does nothing. (not even error logs in the console)

Expected Behavior

It should change the camera input

Steps to reproduce

add File Upload or Scanner component, open app in the browser on desktop and try to change the camera

@chrniem , we have fixed this on "Latest Dev" image and it will be released in V2.7.
Could you please pull the latest images and verify the fix on your end.
