[Bug]: Continuous Scanning doesn't ignore duplicate QR code/data on Scanner component

Current Behavior

Lowcoder Scanner component doesn't ignore the duplicate QR code, and keeps on Scanning and showing up the same result again and again.

Pre-condition : when "Ignore Duplicate Data" toggle is ON.

Expected Behavior

When "Ignore Duplicate Data" toggle is ON, Lowcoder Scanner component should ignore the duplicate data while scanning.
