[Bug]: User is unable to join Workspace when LOWCODER_CREATE_WORKSPACE_ON_SIGNUP=false

Current Behavior

With following settings :

1. LOWCODER_CREATE_WORKSPACE_ON_SIGNUP=false
2. LOWCODER_WORKSPACE_MODE=SAAS

If a logged in User tries to join a Workspace via an Invite link, "Failed to join Workspace" error is shown and User don't get the access to that Workspace.

Expected Behavior

With any settings , User should be able to join a Workspace via an Invite link - also naturally if he is already logged in in another workspace.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have following settings :

• LOWCODER_CREATE_WORKSPACE_ON_SIGNUP=false

• LOWCODER_WORKSPACE_MODE=SAAS

2. Login to your account
3. Paste another Workspace's Invite link and enter
4. You will get the error

Can't reproduce the issue now.
Maybe this was fixed by some other fixes?
If anyone could reproduce again now, it would be appreciate if you post test scenarios here again.
