I looped this a bunch which is why I overhauled the documentation so much.
This will now spinup from a compose file and at least check for MySQL before trying to run the migrate command. On first run it sleeps for 5 seconds on first availability and tries again in it's 30 second loop.
On subsequent runs it will sleep for max 2 seconds waiting for MySQL when it is online.
