golangci-lint fails on exportloopref for go v1.13

Dependabot created a PR for golangci-lint with an upgrade exportloopref to v0.1.7[1], but the Ci fails for go v1.13[2]:
Could you please check the compatibility of exportloopref with go v1.13?
