custom objects API should support label selectors for delete collection methods

What is the feature and why do you need it:
I would like to be able to delete custom objects using a label selector.

Support the label_selector kwarg in delete methods

Is this supported in client-go? If it's supported we probably need to update the custom object spec to leverage that
