Release 13.0.1 and regenerate for 14.0.0 / 1.22?

Kubernetes 1.22 has been out for a while and 1.23 is on the horizon, shall we cut a 13.0.1 release and then regenerate for 14.0.0 / 1.22?

@rdesgroppes apologies! am new to the release tooling in this repo, was about to practice the 13.0.1 but didnt get enough time slice to attempt a release yet. @brendandburns by any chance can you do the release this time given that it's delayed! also, let's get #1928 and #1927 merged before the release. (sorry again!)

I pushed 13.0.1 to sonatype, it should be in Maven central in ~24 hours.
