Question about the attentional GCN module

Hey @jwyang, I highly appreciate your work in completing this repository.
I want to use the aGCN architecture you proposed for my project, but I couldn't find the exact module/function where it is defined. Could you maybe point me towards that module?

I think it goes out of the scope of the issue we are on. Anyhow I'm not sure if I fully understand the question. Maybe you can create a new issue with more details on this question?

Hi @jwyang with the 0.4 code you just added in RelPN script you comment "we do not back-prop through this path" - I am therefore confused as to how the weights are updated?

Thank you so much for your repo.

I am trying to follow your work using the code provided in above link. But I cannot manage to finish data preparing. In the README file as follows:
After downloading the above data, unzip all of them and put into a single folder. Then make a soft link to it via:

cd $REPO_ROOT
ln -s PATH/TO/YOUR/DATA_DIR data/vg

Then, prepare the pascal voc like xmls for visual genome using:

cd $REPO_ROOT
python data/genome/setup_vg.py

I cannot create data folder as there is one data file. May I know how to do it and where can I find setup_vg.py?

@bragilee to make the data set (xml format) follow the instructions in bottom up attention, which contains the setup file.
However I now believe the author is using the .h5 data format, described in scene graph TF release
