For the moment, this can't be merged, as there repositories for PostgreSQL 18 and Ubuntu 20.04 (focal) do not contain pages:

E: Unable to locate package postgresql-18
E: Unable to locate package postgresql-client-18
E: Unable to locate package postgresql-server-dev-18

Both have empty Packages files.
