Rel JSON Pointer: ABNF does not cover the new index manipulation syntax

The index manipulation syntax for Relative JSON Pointers isn't valid according to the ABNF syntax section.

The ABNF should cover pointers such as 0-1/foo (assuming I understand the description of the syntax correctly.)
