For bower, i added more contributors (over 10 commits and or +-1000 rows)
I also added a lot more to the ignore files, after the teachings of Bob Yexley (http://bob.yexley.net/creating-and-maintaining-your-own-bower-package/).
I updated the npm package.json for publishing there. I only ignore dotfiles on that cause i think npm people want a lot more stuff, I'm not sure, and correct me if I'm wrong. In general not so clued in on how the package.json should be for a non-node app.
