Description
We don't have any docs to help users troubleshoot their JSDoc issues. We should create a brief troubleshooting guide to help people diagnose some common issues (for example, "my output directory is empty"; "some of my classes are missing"; "I'm getting a weird error about type expressions"). This guide should mention jsdoc -X as a troubleshooting tool.
