jqueryui tab load method

The argument for index is poorly documented. It says it can take a number or a string and the value equates to "which tab to load". After reading through the code it turns out that the "string" that identifies which tab to load is the href of the anchor tag. This should be explicit in the documentation.

This applies to several methods. We actually do have this documented, but apparently we can't have descriptions for argument types even though this works for options. I tried to add the logic to expand descriptions for argument types, but it resulted in the method signatures at the top also expanding.

@tjvantoll @kswedberg Any thoughts on how we should handle this? For reference, here is a method where it doesn't work and an option where it does work.

I suppose one option would be to just document them as different method signatures, which is what we do for standard methods anyway:

For consistency I think it's worth following the disable() example and having two signatures. Logically separating them makes sense to me.
