Add comments to each plugin

It would be interesting if it was possible to add user comments to each plugin so we can leave our impressions after testing or using each plugin.

Yep,similar to the mozilla addons page would be great, combine it with the ratings. So you can give just a rating, just a review/comment or rating plus review. That would be a good way.

When this finally gets implemented, each user should only be allowed one vote per plugin and they should be able to change the rating and any associated comment unlimited times.
