Setup a GitHub service for the webook

It might be nice to be able to select jQuery Plugin site from the list of available services. This way, users won't have to remember or paste in the url.

I can give this a shot if it would be worthwhile.

I think this would be fantastic. If you can get this working, we can update our docs and I'm sure lots of people would use it.

Should we send the notification on every single push or should we filter for new tags? It might make things simpler on your end, but if you want every push that's ok. You will probably need to still handle non-tag pushes if someone uses the webhook instead of this service.

Let's continue doing every push. It provides better redundancy in case of an outage on either side.
