Issue description: The Navigation unit test module will not complete
Expected outcome: All the unit tests should execute and resolve to success or failure.
Actual outcome: Only the 1st two tests complete and tests 3 - 90 do not run
jQuery Mobile version and PhoneGap version if applicable: Latest commit
Devices/platforms/browsers tested: Windows Mobile 7.5
