Not installable on NPMv2

It seems either ipfs-api or one of its dependencies is missing a dependency declaration, and so only works in the NPMv3 flattened tree.

With NPMv2 it fails with:

Yup, these modules are required in https://github.com/ipfs/js-ipfs-api/blob/master/src/api/block.js#L6

• multihashes
• cids

...but are not dependend on in package.json

This should be fixed on master please let us know if you are still running into problems

npm 3 is a requirement of this module, unfortunately there is no mechanism to notify the user of that during the install process, you can see the minimum engine and npm at the readme of this project

@diasdavid If you set the versions needed in engines key in package.json, then npm install will warn the user: https://docs.npmjs.com/files/package.json#engines
