README uses outdated import instructions

Following instructions from the tutorial

import intel_pytorch_extension" will be deprecated in future releases. Please use "import torch_ipex" instead.

Per legal requirement, we will rename the package name to intel_extension_for_pytorch which is as same as the project name. So I wonder if you could help to change the package name in your PRs.
