hpack fails if package.yaml includes a file from the parent directory

If you have a stack project with several packages and a shared .yaml file included by package.yaml of each package, build fails because hpack cannot find the shared .yaml file.

This is fixable by overriding src so it includes the parent directory, and overriding it back in the postUnpack phase. See mkCacheModule for an example of subdir usage.
