Arrays of primitive types does not work

There's seem to be a problem in Vert.x: https://github.com/eclipse-vertx/vertx-sql-client/issues/1390

We can add the tests in [JavaTypesArrayTest](https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-reactive/blob/0f0ec1ac0355e9ae664946993b34e3b17c3dd45d/hibernate-reactive-core/src/test/java/org/hibernate/reactive/types/JavaTypesArrayTest.java#L52)
