Create a new branch for Hibernate Reactive 2.0

We need this because of the release of Hibernate ORM 6.2.11.Final that's not compatible with 2.0.5 without some changes

I've created a new branch upstream 2.0
And released Hibernate Reactive 2.0.6.Final
