CSS transitions for revealing FAQ answer

While creating the new accordion design for the FAQ page (#985), I ran into issues adding transitions to the answer text. It'd be great to have that though because it provides a better UX for those reading through the FAQ.

Here's a commit with the initial implementation, but it was removed because it wasn't working on the actual page.

Ideal functionality: CSS transitions applied to answer text so when the question, ideally ease.

Current functionality: No transition ☹️
