Country code "CS" is missing

Had to use neovisionaries' CountryCode and a custom scalar to get around this. Could be that it is not a fully fledged country code and you don't want to include it but I figured it's worth mentioning

I believe "CS" stands for Czechoslovakia, right?
It's questionable whether we should be supporting non-existent countries :)

Could you please provide the ISO standard when this code is present?
