Please Add System Requirements to the README

Hi,

I'm interested in installing gogs but can't find if the system requirements are too heavy for the low power server I would like to use it on.

I think this would be generally useful information so can you add a section to the README on this topic please?

We haven't had very detailed information, but as far as I know, Gogs can run on a Raspberry Pi. I'll add some info. after all.

It runs on a raspberry pi, as far as you obtained go from http://dave.cheney.net/unofficial-arm-tarballs or compiled it yourself (which takes like forever on ra PI)
