Remove old commit records in PR's timeline after force push?

Feature Description

In GitHub, if you force push the branch of a PR, it will remove the old commit records in timeline.
But Gitea will not remove them. Is it by design?

And the Commits tag can not be clicked, but Files Changed tag can be clicked and the UI is strange.
May be Files Changed tag should also be unclickable?
