Remote Explorer should list ports in numerical order

I am frustrated when I am running a project with a lot of ports. The Remote Explorer does not list the ports in order. The order appears to be random. It makes it difficult to find a port to open in a new tab.

Describe the behaviour you'd like

I would like the remote explorer to show the ports in numerical order, or perhaps in the order I specify in .gitpod.yml

We'll look to pick this issue up as part of the GA for VS Code:

@loujaybee please think if maybe also the gitpod.yml file can be used for the order. For example, we have a lot of open ports, but we would like to have more an order of architectural structure of the backend
