Typedoc missing / outdated

Seems like we regressed again since #2051 and #2257 and the current release process is not updating the typedocs served at https://getsentry.github.io/sentry-javascript/. Current typedoc version is v5.21.1, current SDK release is v6.10.0.

Hmm in quick retrospect I think we're limited by the current process with getsentry/publish.

It just sounds like you need a gh-pages target in your .craft.yml file in this repo?

Talked with @BYK off-GitHub, a few notes:

• We removed the gh-pages target from our Craft config in Use yarn postpublish instead of travis/craft for docs #2586
• According to BYK, "logs for the latest publish is https://github.com/getsentry/publish/runs/3131662093?check_suite_focus=true#step:8:721, seems like postpublish is useless"

I don't remember much context on this problem if I ever had any, but I suspect the old problems with gh-pages in .craft.yml are related to the fact that we don't build docs in CI (too slow?), so trying to publish docs without previously generating it would wipe off the docs site / gh-pages branch, publishing some form of empty content.

For an example of the above, see these commits from around the time #2257 was created (Oct 7, 2019):

• 992de4f (accidentally removes all content)
• a2a44b4 (adds everything back again, fixing Typedoc is missing (again) #2257)

I remember we moved it to postpublish because we had the problem that TravisCI for whatever reason was not building the typedocs correctly. We can just revert the change and add the gh-pages target again.

This is blocked by a typescript version, documented in #3873 & #3980. Closing this issue.
