MCP Server Support/Instrumentation

Description

We want to have instrumentation for @modelcontextprotocol/sdk and maybe mcp-framework.

TODOs:

• Auto instrumentation (blocked by Impossible to instrument @modelcontextprotocol/sdk nodejs/import-in-the-middle#187 in iitm)
• Associate handler spans with POST requests (blocked by Pass requestId to handlers via metadata modelcontextprotocol/typescript-sdk#358)
