Android crashes when canceling twitter authentication

I'm calling manager.authorize('twitter', {scopes: 'email,profile'}) this takes me to a webview to login to twitter. If I press cancel the app will crash. heres a screenshot of stacktrace. Seems to be an issue on lines 329 and 312 in OAuthManagerFragmentController.java. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

What version of rn-oauth are you using?

I'm on 2.1.13 - i guess that means i should upgrade?

Same problem here. When pressing the button 'cancel' on iOs it works well, but on Android crashes. Version: 2.1.16.

I've created a patch for this with the PR. You can cut & paste the code to avoid the issue from my PR.
