The parameter db is unused in this code example. For the same example in other languages, they do not have this parameter, so it is unneeded here.

@gregfenton good catch! Want to submit a PR to remove it? This is left over from the days before FieldValue.increment where we had to use a transaction to implement an atomic increment.
