ApiCallError class has no "message" field

firebase-admin 2.18.0

According to the documentation, there should be a message field in the ApiCallError class but there is not in the latest v2.18.0 for firebase-admin for Python. Please look into this.

That's a documentation error. There's no such field. You should use the string representation of the exception object as the message.

Note that this type is also going away with #334
