ActionButtonItem.disabled not working

**Describe the bug**
The `disabled` option of the ActionButtonItem object is not working (current master and version 1.0.8)

**Expected behavior**
when `disabled` is true, the action button should be disabled. See https://www.files-ui.com/types#actionbuttonitem
