Allow configurable file extension for indexing

Currently, indexer only process *.php files. Drupal 7 uses *.module and *.inc as well. Can we make this configurable? For example, uses "files.associations" from Visual Studio Code via vscode-php-intellisense.

Any news on this? This is the biggest problem for us with the PHP autocompletion. All our files have extension .inc

In the mean time, you can change it in the locally installed source.

File in Windows:
%Userprofile%\.vscode\extensions\felixfbecker.php-intellisense-<installed_version>\vendor\felixfbecker\language-server\src\Indexer.php

Change line:

$pattern = Path::makeAbsolute('**/*.php', $this->rootPath);

to

$pattern = Path::makeAbsolute('**/*.{php,inc}', $this->rootPath);

For Drupal 7 & 8 projects, I added the following line to include .php, .inc, .theme and .module file extensions:

$pattern = Path::makeAbsolute('**/*.{php,inc,theme,module}', $this->rootPath);

I'm on a Linux dev environment (Manjaro/Arch specifically).

Steps taken:

1. Install the PHP Intellisense extension in VSCode
2. Edit file located at ~/.vscode/extensions/felixfbecker.php-intellisense-2.3.1/vendor/felixfbecker/language-server/src/Indexer.php and replace the line:

$pattern = Path::makeAbsolute('**/*.php', $this->rootPath);

with

$pattern = Path::makeAbsolute('**/*.{php,inc,theme,module}', $this->rootPath);

3. Restart VSCode and the language server re-indexes the first time I try to 'Go to definition'. This takes quite a while on the project I'm working on and is periodically getting stuck with certain files. That's possibly a separate issue altogether though.

Perhaps this could be configurable as one of the extensions options? Or possibly reference instances where PHP is the target language in the files.associations setting?
