Primary / Accent color is not accessible

The primary / accent color is not accessible, and is very difficult to read in light mode.

Can raise a PR if someone can help me decide which colors we can use and how do we decide that ?

do raise an PR with a suggested color that would be close to the current one, but fills AA-contrast requirement against light backgrounds

hey, I am not able to find a color which fits the requirements in both light and dark backgrounds. Would we be ok to have different primary color for both backgrounds ?

@gaurav5430 you can use #0f8d7c with 4.51 contrast ratio
