Support of Zigbee protocol

This issue tracks support of Zigbee protocol (supported by ESP32C6 and ESP32H2 chips)

Initial steps:

• Investigate ESP-IDF Zigbee library
• Make the Zigbee and Boss libs available - PR Zigbee protocol support #8844
• Followup PR for lib-builder
• Test IDF example running inside Arduino
• Write easy to use examples
