Re-add deprecated _SPIFFS_* symbols to the build

Per #6537 it seems other libraries are using the _SPIFFS_* symbols that were renamed to _FS_* (because they could not refer to SPIFFS or LittleFS).

Those symbols should be re-added to the build and marked as deprecated to give folks a warning that they're going away in the next rev.
