Please allow passing of custom header values in POST requests for token authentication

We are using Spock token authentication for client connections to the elastic server. We need to be able to add custom header key/values in the post request to be able to authenticate to Spock

You can now override CreateConnection() on Connection, this way you can easily modify the underlying HttpWebRequest().

i,e

 public class MyElasticSearchConnection : Connection {
         public MyElasticSearchConnection(IConnectionSettings settings) : base(settings) { }

         protected override CreateWebRequest(string path, string method) { 
                var request = base.CreateWebRequest(path, method);
                //add custom headers here
                return request;
         }
 }

Than you can use your connection like so:

 new ElasticClient(uri, new MyElasticSearchConnection(settings));
