Update HasParentQuery scoring

[Scoring for `HasParentQuery` looks to have moved from accepting a string value to a boolean.](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/master/query-dsl-has-parent-query.html#_scoring_capabilities_2)

This should be updated in `master` once https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/pull/17841 is confirmed.
