IC's - draw symbols on special inputs

The pin names should allow special characters to change how the are drawn.

* [ ] A slash (`/`) indicates it is input and inverted, so a line is drawn over the text and a circle is drawn on the input 
* [ ] An underscore (`_`) indicates it is inverted (and an output), so a line is drawn over the text
* [ ] A caret (`^`) or a pin named `CLK` indicates it is edge triggered and draws a triangle
