Feature request

It would be useful to add tracking to next buttons to record tracking progress.

What problem does this feature solve?

To know what part the user have already read/studied/learnt

What does the proposed API look like?

Above opensource project solves the issue, but looks too heavy for something just documentation oriented.

Hi, After check those sites u mentioned, I m wondering if I fully understood what ur request is.
what means tracking to next buttons? could u provide a sample screen shot or something? it would be helpful.

Ok, let me explain with pictures:
BEFORE:

AFTER: (See the progress bars, back next buttons, autocompletition checkboxes in the left menu)

Maybe using localstorge or a googlesheet db, I don't know.

thx for ur feedback.
It kinda looks like a progress tracking recorder.
TBH, I think there has more details about how to show this correctly.
IMO, It would better write a plugin or some script personally to do the trick for now.
