Use `.gitattributes` to set highlighter for `.ps` files to Pascal

GitHub highlights .ps files as Postscript by default, in CodeSnip such files are Inno Setup script files.

Linguist allows the default highlighter to be overridden using . gitattributes, like this:

*.ps linguist-language=Pascal
