ngRoute does not accept dontLeaveOnParamChanges #1252

Description
It is not possible to pass dontLeaveOnParamChanges param to route.addRoute() when using ngRoute(), as neither ngRoute() nor NgRouteCfg do not accept dontLeaveOnParamChanges param.
