Hot module reloading does not work

I tested several times, and HMR does not work. Does it work for you?

Firstly, thank you for reporting.

HMR cannot work because files are physically written to the disk, but, watching for changes and automatic rebuilding works.

All you need to do is hit F5. Rebuilding is really fast, under 2 sec.

STEPS:

• Start the application, within VS or by console.
• Run npm run dev command separately in the console. This will build and watch for any changes made to the files.
• Change some .vue file and hit F5.

If this solves your case, please close this issue.

Implementing HMR for multiple pages/mini spa's brings other issues to the table so I am not planning to implement this.
